ONLINE ORDERING
HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS...
  1. Your customer comes to your website using their device
  2. Clicks the Online Ordering Link and is taken to your online ordering menu
  3. They select their menu choices from a user freindly system that guides them through each option.
  4. Upon completing and placing the order the system can present the customer with additional menu options (ie. up-sell)
  5. Optionally the system can be set to prompt the customer for a tip for the server or driver.
  6. You set up how the customer pays and the system presents them with those options that can include:
    online payment thru paypal
    payment in cash at the door
    credit/debit card at the door
  7. An optional robot call is placed to the customer to confirm the order - the robot will make up to 3 attempts to confirm the order.
  8. The system then sends the order to your restaurant.
  9. The robot caller then calls your restaurant to notify your staff that they have a web order - the robot will make up to 3 attempts to notify your staff
  10. The web order can then be accessed by your staff through either email, fax or by your restaurants computer login for the system
  11. The system calculates any delivery fees, taxes, tips and any other additional service fees you may wish to add.


ROBOT CALLING FEATURES

Our Robot calls your customers to confirm orders that will be paid for at the door - makes up to 3 attempts.
(Please Note: There is no need for the robot to confirm orders that have been paid for online because recieving the payment is confirmation!)

If the robot is NOT able to confirm the order after 3 attempts the system puts a note on the order stating it was UNCONFIRMED
